Our BatchLine team will manufacture your components to an approved and locked down production process, deliver them on-time and in-full, directly to your production line to support your build schedule.
BatchLine’s niche is the manufacture and supply of challenging fabricated components which need machined to tight tolerances, in line with your specification and your production process control requirements (such as APQP, PPAP and FAIR).

New Product Introduction
New Product Introduction (NPI) is the key process we employ in BatchLine when launching new products into our manufacturing process and we utilise the following approach
Early Engagement
We discuss with you, at the earliest opportunity, the product use and key characteristics to identify cost reduction or product improvement opportunities.
Core Tools & Planning
We utilise Core Tools - FMEA / MSA / SPC / PPAP / APQP / Control Plan, to establish a controlled and repeatable manufacturing process.
Continuous Improvement
We continuously monitor production batches to identify ongoing improvements and cost down opportunities.
Quality Systems
We manage our processes by operating a 3rd party approved ISO9001 QMS and we also closely follow the requirements of ISO/TS 16949.
