Dyer Celebrates Double Win at the Made in the North East Awards 2025

Dyer is proud to announce a double triumph at the Insider Media Made in the North East Awards 2025, winning in the Digital Engineering / Technology and Manufacturing Future Talent categories.

The awards, held at the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead, brought together over 250 industry leaders to celebrate the innovation, talent and achievements driving the region’s manufacturing and engineering sector.

Winning the Digital Engineering / Technology Award shows how we’ve used technology to improve efficiency and boost performance across the company and for our clients. The Manufacturing Future Talent Award highlights our focus on supporting and developing the next generation of skilled professionals through our apprenticeship programme, something that has been in place since 1977.

In addition, Mariusz Mierzejewski, one of our promising apprentices, was shortlisted for Apprentice of the Year, reflecting our ongoing focus on nurturing young talent.

A huge congratulations to our entire team – this achievement is a reflection of the skill and collaboration that drives us forward. It’s through our Smarter, Stronger, Together principles that we continue to push boundaries and deliver outstanding results.

With this success, we are now automatically entered into the national final, which will take place in June in Liverpool, where we’ll compete against the best from across the UK.
