We’re thrilled to announce that Dyer has been shortlisted for the Made in the North East Awards 2025—and not just in one category, but three! This prestigious event celebrates the region’s world-class manufacturing talent, and we’re proud to be recognised for the work we’re doing both locally and globally.

🏆 Digital Engineering / Technology – Highlighting how we’re using digital innovation to improve our operations.

🏆 Manufacturing Future Talent – Recognising our efforts to bring through the next generation of skilled engineers.

🏆 Apprentice of the Year – A massive shout out to third year apprentice, Mariusz, who’s proving every day why he’s one to watch in the industry.

Through our Smarter Stronger Together principles we’ve learnt that engineering isn’t just about machines and raw materials – it’s about people, ideas and making progress. To be recognised for that is great, and we’re proud to be part of a sector that’s always moving forward.

The awards night takes place on 13 March at the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead, bringing together the best of North East manufacturing. Winners will go on to compete in the Made in the UK Awards in June, flying the flag for our region on a national stage.
